However, refunds are not provided if the issue is due to your device, internet connection, or if you violate our terms and conditions.

  2. Provide the email used for purchase, invoice number, and MAC code (if applicable).

Note that once a refund is requested, you cannot resubscribe to our service in the future. Refund processing may take up to 21-30 days.
